General Return Eligibility
We support a 60-day return window for all purchased products. Customers can apply for a return service within the valid return period if you are unsatisfied with received products, as long as items remain unopened, unused, intact with original packaging and complete accessories.

All return applications must be submitted via our official Contact page. Please offer valid order information and clear return reasons when sending requests. Our team will review your application and send formal return instructions within working hours.
Refund Processing Timeline
After our warehouse receives, checks and confirms qualified returned items, full refund will be initiated automatically. The whole refund procedure will take 5 to 10 business days to complete and reflect to customers’ original payment account, depending on different bank processing schedules.
